We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain products, such as opened software, consumable items, or customized products, may be non-returnable. All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must accompany the returned item.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not returned in the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Ship the Item: After obtaining the RA number, ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in initiating the exchange process. In some cases, exchanges may require the purchase of a new item and the return of the original item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Opened or used software
- Consumable items such as memory cards, batteries, and film
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Note: If an item is found to be defective upon arrival, it will be processed according to our Defective Products policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item at no cost to you. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will either issue a full refund, replace the product, or provide a store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Please Note: We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon receipt. If the package shows signs of external damage, please take pictures of the damage and report it to our customer service team as soon as possible.
6. Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement or bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective products or incorrect shipments).

8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.
