1. Shipping Locations

At this time, Snapshotkava only ships within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to inquire about shipping options, please contact us at info@snapshotkava.com.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, depending on your location and the urgency of your order. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order processing time, product availability, and shipping carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, orders can be shipped in 1-2 business days. This option is available for select items and locations.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order is placed and payment has been successfully processed, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. Snapshotkava processes orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Snapshotkava is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

9. Order Cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation, but if the order is already in transit, we cannot prevent the shipment.
